In stock orders are shipped in 5-7 business days, Monday to Friday, with the exception of holidays. 

Standard shipping on orders to Canada and the US always arrive duty free! All orders include tracking without signature.

International orders and orders shipped with Express Shipping may incur duties.

Delivery times listed above are only estimates and do not take into consideration delays due to holidays, customs clearance etc. Addresses in remote areas may require additional delivery time. We do our best to help your items get to you in time, however, we are not responsible for packages delivered outside the estimated time frame. For guaranteed delivery, please refer to our Express Shipping options.

Need it faster? We've got you covered! Our express shipping options get you your item within a couple business days. Note that holidays falling on weekdays are not business days.
Please note that choosing expedited shipping for orders that include personalized items or items with a future ship date will be shipped with expedited shipping once the item is available to ship.

All express delivery times and prices are based on orders shipping to most major cities. Shipments going to remote locations may require additional charges and an extra business day for delivery. Any customs fees, duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us for any questions about express shipping to your location! 

CANCELLATIONS

We want to process your order as quickly as possible, so if you happen to change your mind, send a cancellation request to hello@rougecoutureco.com right away! Note that sending a request does not automatically cancel your order. We will contact you as soon as we receive your request to let you know if your cancellation has been processed. Unfortunately, orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Note that we reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, at any time.

RETURNS 

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If they don't make you say "I Love it", you can return qualifying item(s) for a refund or credit within 14 days of the ship date. Just contact us at hello@rougecoutureco.com and we'll walk you through the process! Refunds outside of 14 days are subject to credit only. 

Returned items must be:

- Unworn, with tags still on them and in new condition
- In their original packaging
- Sale items and personalized items are FINAL SALE

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs and any other fees associated with sending your refund or exchange back to Rouge Couture Co. will be the responsibility of the customer. Packages requiring COD or other fees will be not be accepted or deducted from your refund. 

*Note that not all refunds are equal so please contact us before sending your order back.

Exchanges can only be made for the same item at this time.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

If an item has a future ship date, it means that the item is on its way to us and is estimated to be available to ship on the date specified. This way, you can purchase and reserve the item(s) you want in advance to ensure you're the first to get your hands on it!
Payment for the item will be taken at the time the order is placed and your card will be charged. If you have purchased any additional items that are currently in stock, your entire order will be shipped in full as soon as all items are available. If you require certain items before your item arrives, we recommend placing separate orders.
